FBI Agent Matt Maloney is back in this sequel to

An international group of terrorists, operating under the International Freedom Fighters Alliance (IFFA) , establish a number of covert training sites in the U.S.
While on the trail of a French terrorist in the San Jacinto Mountains near Palm Springs, California, Maloney discovers one of the camps.
Alerted by a British mole in the IFFA, Maloney learns about the targeting of U.S. military and government facilities.
The action picks up as Maloney tangles with units of terrorists in Washington and South Carolina where he and his FBI team confront the terrorists as they attempt to escape the U.S.
